Gribble Bridge Ortega Dry
A limited edition, dry, full fruit white wine, made using single varietal Ortega, picked from a specially selected block of vines in late September 2018. These vines are over 40 years old, and so some of the oldest & most established on the Biddenden estate. Just 600 bottles of this wine have been produced, each of which is individually numbered.
The outstanding 2018 harvest means that we have been able to make an unchaptalised wine, which has been allowed to develop for 2 years in the bottle, producing a 12.5% ABV white wine which is full of flavours characteristic of the Ortega grape. Well balanced, with a distinctive fragrance and good acidity.
